Turning a transactional PD model into a strategic product — and a new revenue line.

Schoolwide had strong relationships with its district partners, but its professional development offering lacked structure: disconnected days on topics with little throughline. Through stakeholder interviews across leadership, a new annual partnership model was designed, named, and taken to market: Partners for Progress — a proprietary methodology (the LIFT framework), a tiered plan architecture, and a full suite of sales and marketing materials.

Result

In the first selling cycle, four districts signed on — including a new partner that committed to a 3-year curriculum audit and implementation partnership.

Koalifyed, a Stagwell Tech company, had a sophisticated platform — including industry-leading fraud detection — but hadn't yet introduced itself to the market. I led the public launch, spanning brand identity refinement, product narrative, PR strategy, and internal activation across the Stagwell agency network.

Result

Top-tier trade coverage in MediaPost and PRWeek featured the CTO alongside beta client P&G Beauty. Targeted presence at ShopTalk converted conference visibility into early client pipeline, and the Stagwell network became a distribution engine from day one.

A global rebrand in six months. One unified brand across 20+ markets and 1,600 people.

When Stagwell merged legacy media agency Assembly with ForwardPMX, the result was a complex organization carrying multiple brand identities. As Global VP of Marketing, every dimension of the rebrand was owned end-to-end: creative direction with GALE, all website content, PR strategy and execution, GTM launch, and internal adoption across 1,600 people globally.

Result

Top-tier coverage in Adweek and AdAge at launch. Fast internal adoption across markets, and the sharpened positioning contributed to winning Lenovo as a global client.
